No seriously..i'm talking about androgyny in the latest issue of Love.
...I very craftily carried my shiny new copy of Love Justin Beiber side DOWN to the till. I am definitely not suffering (and 'suffering' being the operative word) Beiber Fever and seeing that prepubescent face gleaming at me from the front of my edgy fashion magazine did not impress!
And I have to say...I did NOT realise that was Miss Moss adorning the front cover, she looks amazing and super young, i've been thinking she'd pasted it for the last few years but that slicked back hair and freckles love might have won a little of my love back.
Check out these....
(all photos cheekily snapped from this month's Love magazine so sorry about the quality)
The theme of this issue has really got me considering androgyny's role on fashion. I think it would be really interesting to look at it further for my Design and Visual Culture project.
My visit to F.I.T's His and Her's exhibition in New York City will come in handy.
(and would have come in even handier if I hadn't been in such a rush to hunt down some Vintage stores and i'd taken down some notes. Ooops.)
I can delve into the original fashion rebel that is Ms Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel's practical tailoring...
And also muse over the ever alluring and sexy staple of Yves Saint Laurent's Le Smoking Suit.
OH BOY.
(p.s. Just made a To Do list..it's looking horrific, so this week is the first test of my will to be a good blogger.)
